Conciergerie Privée Suzosky, headquartered in Marcory (Abidjan, Ivory Coast), is the controller for personal data collected on this site and through its services.

  • Identity: surname, first name, title.
  • Contact: email, phone, postal address.
  • Mission data: routes, dates, preferences, companions.
  • Payment data: handled by our partner CinetPay (never stored on our side).
  • Browsing data: IP address, pages visited, time spent (anonymised outside essential cookies).

3. For what purposes?

  • Deliver the concierge services requested.
  • Manage your client area and mission history.
  • Send you commercial information (only with your consent).
  • Improve site and service quality.
  • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. How long do we keep your data?

Your data is kept only for the time strictly necessary:

  • Active client data: throughout the business relationship.
  • Accounting data: 10 years (OHADA legal requirement).
  • Prospect data: 3 years after last contact.
  • Non-essential cookies: 13 months maximum.

5. Your rights

You may at any time:

  • Access the data we hold on you.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data.
  • Object to processing (e.g. prospecting).
  • Port your data in a reusable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

Your data is stored on secure servers (HTTPS encryption, restricted access, regular backups). Our staff is bound by an absolute confidentiality obligation, formalised contractually.

  • Our technical providers (host LWS, payments CinetPay, email).
  • Our delivery partners (airlines, rental companies, event suppliers) only within the scope of the mission.
  • Public authorities upon legal request.
