Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Conciergerie Privée Suzosky and any person or entity requesting one of its services: chauffeured vehicles, private jet charter, yacht rental, event planning and concierge services.

Each service is the subject of a personalised quote, valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. The order is firm and final upon receipt of written acceptance of the quote (signature, email or online validation) along with payment of the requested deposit.

Prices are stated in CFA francs (XOF) all taxes included. Payment is by bank transfer, mobile money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN, Moov) or card via our secure provider CinetPay. Unless otherwise agreed, a 30%–50% deposit is required at order, with the balance due before the start of the service.

• Cancellation more than 72h before the service: full refund excluding bank fees.
• Cancellation between 72h and 24h: 50% retained.
• Cancellation less than 24h: no refund except duly justified force majeure.
• For aviation and yacht services: specific conditions communicated in the quote.

The client undertakes to provide accurate information, to respect agreed timings, to behave in accordance with usage in the vehicles and venues provided, and to inform Suzosky of any change at least 24h before the service.

We undertake to deliver the service in accordance with the quote, respecting the standards of discretion and quality that build our reputation. In the event of a major incident (vehicle breakdown, aircraft unavailability), we undertake to propose an equivalent solution as soon as possible.

Our liability is limited to the execution of the invoiced services. We cannot be held liable for indirect damage (loss of business, missed earnings, flight delays not attributable to us). Our activities are covered by professional liability insurance.

All information shared by the client is strictly confidential. Our staff and partners are bound by a contractual duty of discretion.

These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of Abidjan shall have sole jurisdiction.
